Ch'rpsCh'rps

For multi-unit operators

Know how every location closed.

You can’t be in every shop at 10pm. Ch'rps gives you timestamped proof of who did what, at every location, without a per-employee bill that climbs with turnover.

One view of every location

Switch locations from the header and roll up how each store is doing, instead of calling each manager to ask.

The same standard, every store

Build a list once and reuse it. New locations start from the lists you already trust, with step-by-step instructions for new hires.

Proof, not promises

A tap at the machine, with an optional photo, tells you the closer was there — at every location, every night.

Alerts when a list is missed

Managers get a push when a shift list is late or missed, so you hear about it that night, not at the next inspection.

Works when the Wi-Fi doesn't

Offline support keeps taps and counts safe until the phone reconnects.

Per location, not per employee

A crew that turns over every few months never changes your bill. Budget by store, not by headcount.

Start with one shop.

Questions owners ask

Do my employees need to install anything?
Staff use the Ch'rps app on their own phone and tap it to an NFC tag. There is no separate device and no shared login.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. There are no face photos, no biometric scans and no location tracking. A task is completed by tapping a tag at the place the work happens. A photo is only taken when you choose to require one of the task itself, such as a cleaned nozzle.
What if a tag gets peeled off or damaged?
Tags are registered to your company, so a lost or damaged tag can be unbound and a replacement tag bound to the same task. Every tag is on-metal, so it reads reliably on machines, freezers and any other surface.
How is pricing set up?
One plan: $149 a month per location, with every feature included. It's per location, not per employee, so your price doesn't change when you hire or lose someone. Tag kits are a separate one-time hardware cost.
Can I try it in one location first?
Yes. Reach out and ask about a pilot at a single location before you roll anything out more widely.
